EXECUTIVE/LEADERSHIP BIO
Robert J. Spottswood Jr. is President and Chief Executive Officer of Spottswood Companies, Inc. and a seventh-generation Key West native. He provides executive leadership across real estate and hospitality enterprises throughout the Florida Keys and the State of Florida.

He also serves as President of Keystar, Inc. and as a member of the Board of Directors of First State Bank of the Florida Keys. Robert brings a strategic and collaborative leadership approach, with a focus on long-term value creation, responsible growth, and aligning business objectives with community and environmental priorities.

With deep regional knowledge and broad governance experience, Robert plays an active role in shaping the economic and civic future of the Florida Keys and beyond. He resides in Key West with his family.
