Carlos M. Morales brings more than 30 years of experience in luxury hospitality with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, having led properties across the United States, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. His career included General Manager roles at Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows, Royals Palms Resort & Spa, Hyatt Centric Key West, and Grand Hyatt Playa del Carmen.
Throughout his career, Carlos has led hotel operations, major renovations, and property openings, with a strong focus on financial performance and guest satisfaction. His extensive background in food & beverage includes receiving the Donald Pritzker Award of Excellence for Director of Food & Beverage of the Year.
Carlos has also held leadership positions with the Lodging Association of the Florida Keys & Key West and the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association. He brings his experience in luxury hospitality and knowledge of the Key West market to his role at Beachside Resort & Residences.
