Born and raised in Southern New Jersey, Lisa grew up enjoying her summers at the Jersey Shore.

After graduating college, she spent a year in Southern California learning how to be a Travel Agent, but didn’t enjoy sitting at a desk and booking “other people’s adventures”!

Lisa’s career in Training & Employee Development began in the early 90’s with News Corporation and where she got to travel the US and create her own adventures! In the early 2000’s, she took a Director of Training position with a Financial Services Franchise and had a successful career for 15 years working in Old City Philadelphia training franchisees how to run their businesses.

She moved to Key West in January of 2018 and landed a job with Spottswood Companies.
