The 4,500 sq. ft. great house comes fully equipped with all the basic amenities you will need for your visit, such as:

bed & bath linens, beach towels, basic toiletries, hairdryers

fully equipped kitchen, all appliances, glass & flat ware, coffee maker & filters, pots & pans, paper towels

telephone (local calls free of charge)

The amenities below can be arranged for an additional charge:

We will be happy to stock the house w/ groceries prior to your arrival. A service charge of $75 will be added to your grocery bill.

RULES

Maximum Occupancy 12 People. No additional or outside guests are allowed on the island other than those listed in the occupants rental agreement.

Children must, at all times, be supervised by parents.

No PETS allowed.

No smoking inside of house.

No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.

No running on deck or dock area. Please use extreme caution on dock areas, especially at night. The visibility is poor & it is easy to fall into the water.

Please keep glass containers & bottles inside the house. Please use plastic ware outside.

No littering. Please put all trash in appropriate trash receptacles.

Fish should be cleaned & stored in the designated area. Please appropriately dispose of fish /bait remains.

The house will be cleaned prior to your arrival. You may arrange for additional cleaning during your stay for an additional charge.

Telephone may be used for local calls free of charge. You will need a credit card for long distance use.

Please advise the caretaker when leaving the island.
